Attorney Madison McMullan

Madison brings together a combination of compassion and strength, understanding the needs of her clients and protecting their best interests. Madison’s ability to empathize with her clients and take time to understand not just want they want, but why they want it, allows her to develop strategic plans for accomplishing her client’s goals. Madison has been involved in several family law cases covering a multitude of issues including divorce, child custody disputes, and protective orders. She has been involved in trial, mediation and arbitration, and other aspects of court representation. Madison understands that her clients are experiencing a range of emotions and pressures and prides herself on being available for them and crafting creative solutions to provide thorough representation.

Education & Professional Background

Madison was born and raised in Carlsbad, New Mexico, but now calls Texas her home. Madison received her Bachelor’s degree graduating cum laude from Texas Tech University. She then attended law school at Texas Tech University School of Law.

In law school, Madison was the Executive Articles Editor for the Business and Bankruptcy Law Journal. She was also a member of the Organization of Women Law Students and the Red Raider Bar Association. Madison dedicated her time at Law school to help those in need of legal services, but who could not afford them. She was awarded the Pro Bono Achievement award after providing over 250 hours of legal services to low-income individuals, earning her admission into the Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas.

After graduating from law school, Madison began practicing family law at Stinson Moyle, PLLC. Madison is involved in numerous professional organizations, including the State Bar of Texas, Austin Bar Association, and Austin Young Lawyers Associations. She is active in many committees and fundraisers, including Runway for Justice, the Holiday Basket project, and Bar & Grill.
